Reporter asks Joyce if she is a Prosperity Preacher.
Joyce: You know to me, that whole thing is just so...totally ridiculous. First of all what is a prosperity preacher? It's like...this term...that people have come up with. Do I believe that God wants to Bless us. Yes!


Question: But do you believe that if someone gives to the ministry, that more will come back to them?
Joyce Meyer: Yes! Absolutely
Reporter: I think that's what they mean by Prosperity gospel.
Joyce Meyers: (At the same time the reporter is speaking she is saying yes).
Reporter: But do you worry at all that sometimes your message will be heard by someone in the most dire circumstances, and sort of roulette wheel, sort of gamble with God, o.k. will I can't pay the rent but I will give it to Joyce and will see what happens. Do you worry at all that happens
Joyce: I totally No, I don't worry about that.

Please again understand that it is so important that if you are supporting people like Joyce Meyers that you need to make a informed decision about them. And the first place to look is what the Holy Scriptures say. Then check out the feedback that they receive and see if it is true or not. Leave your presuppositions aside and look at the evidence.
For four years I listen to the Kenneth Copeland's and the Kenneth Hagin's. I bought their material. I said their prayers. I was careful what to say and what not to say. I couldn't say that my leg was "killing me" when it hurts because that was a negative confession. So after all the "seeding and listening to teaching tapes. I made a decision to find out why the rest of the "Church "was against them.
So I downloaded about a hundred pages of why the Word of Faith Movement was not Biblical from the Internet. And then I started to question what I was taught.
I then asked God for his Mercy to forgive me for being selfish and prideful and worshipping another "god'. And I closed the door forever to the Prosperity Gospel. The "Gospel" became The Gospel and the only Gospel.
